What is an EID and an IMEI?
An EID is a serial number attached to a device that uses an eSIM, that is unique to each device.
An IMEI stands for International Mobile Equipment Identity, the same as an EID, it is also unique to each device IMEI. Every mobile phone has a unique 15-digit IMEI number. This number allows you to can check some information about the device, eg brand or model.

The EID & IMEI is usually found within the settings of your phone on the same page. Below is a step-to-step guide on how to find it.

Go to the Home screen. To open the menu, swipe up on the screen.

3. Choose Status Information.

Types of Data Packages
We offer three types of eSIM data packages. Please refer to the

Data-Only eSIM: This package provides data services only. It
does not include a mobile number, and you cannot make calls
or send SMS messages.
Data-Only with Mobile Number: Some eSIMs include a mobile
number but are still limited to data usage only. Calls and texts
are not supported with this option.
Full-Featured eSIM: This eSIM supports data, calls, and texts.
Please note that the availability of calling and texting features
may be limited to certain countries or usage scenarios.
Important Reminders:
If your eSIM doesn’t support voice calling, you can still make
calls using popular messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Viber,
Skype, or Facebook Messenger.
Your primary number will remain active for making and
receiving calls.

not guaranteed that you can use the number to register on various apps or websites

How to Set Up APN for Your Japan Unlimited eSIM:
1. Open Settings on your device.
2. Go to Mobile Network and select the network associated with your Japan Unlimited eSIM.
3. Tap on Access Point Names (APN).
4. Select Create New APN or Add APN.
5. Enter the following details:

6. Save the new APN configuration.
7. Ensure the newly created APN is selected as the active one.
